Shipping Policy
You should receive your model in 7-10 business days. These times are approximate and we can make no guarantees about delivery times.
Please be sure to give your email address or telephone number when you check out so that we may contact you if there are missing details in your order or if other problems arise.
We will make a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure that you provide the correct shipping address when you check out.
Billing Policy
We process payments through Pay Pal, but you need not have a Pay Pal account to make a purchase. Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted. PayPal offers additional payment methods.
Only our payment processor asks for and possibly retains your credit card information. TerrainPrint.co.uk never sees or has access to this information. You provide it to the payment processor when you check out; their security and privacy policies govern its security and use. No one at TerrainPrint.co.uk will ever ask you for credit card or password information.

Return Policy
Because each TerrainPrint 3D model is custom designed and created by you, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. If you receive a defective print and you inform us of this by email to support@terrainprint.co.uk within 10 days of receiving your order, we will reprint it free of charge and shipping.
